As an architect also leading a business, you have limited time to dedicate to social media. By utilizing social media management software, you can do your social media planning and scheduling within a specific time block on a recurring schedule of your choice, such as monthly or weekly.

You can take this further by developing a social media strategy and training a staff member or contractor to schedule your posts. With some planning and templates in place, you will be well on your way to offloading your social media efforts completely.

Upfront work to develop strategies, plans, and templates for your marketing will save you time in the long run.

For social media, consider the following:

My experience with schedulers:

I have personally used several schedulers. For Palette Creative Co., I use Coschedule, specifically for my LinkedIn posts, and the built-in Meta Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram.

Depending on your social media platforms, you may not even need to pay for software. With the free version of CoSchedule and Meta Business Suite, I can post almost everything I need for my business across the channels I use.

I also don’t have social media on my phone. Using a social media management tool will save you time, but it can also give you peace of mind if you are someone who doesn’t want social media on your phone.
